By using the Glim’s website or mobile app, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Products & Orders
- Glim’s sells perishable items vegetables, fruits, and dehydrated vegetables.
- Orders once placed cannot be canceled or modified under any circumstances.
- Product availability may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.
2. Delivery
- Orders are delivered within the user-selected time slot during checkout.
- Glim’s will make every effort to deliver on time but is not liable for delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, traffic).
3. Returns & Refunds
- Due to the perishable nature of products, no returns or exchanges are accepted after delivery.
- In case of damaged or poor-quality products, customers must raise a complaint within 2 hours of delivery with clear photos and order ID.
- Refunds or credits will be issued at our discretion based on the issue reported.
4. Pricing & Payments
- All prices include applicable taxes and delivery charges (if any).
- Payment methods include UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and supported wallets.
- Product prices may vary based on daily market rates. We adjust our pricing to reflect current market conditions and ensure fair value for both customers and suppliers.
5. Account Responsibilities
- Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials secure.
- Any activity under your account is your responsibility.
6. Prohibited Use
- You may not use Glim’s for unlawful purposes or to cause disruption to other users or our operations.
7. Intellectual Property
- All content, logos, images, and branding on Glim’s are protected and may not be reused without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
- Glim’s is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our platform.
9. Modifications
- These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of Glim’s constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
